Dr Brady Wirick came to us after hearing about our success with other regenerative medicine practices. He had worked with Facebook advertising agencies in the past but didn’t get the results. He found the agencies were always overpriced and underdelivered. He wanted to get more patients through the doors and wasn’t sure on the best strategy to achieve this objective.

Our Approach

We opted to run multiple types of campaigns for Dr Wirick to see which ones generated the best ROI. We tested ebooks, webinars, seminars and direct-to-consultation funnels.

In the end, we discovered that seminar funnels were the best at converting prospects into paying customers, so we allocated the majority of our budget to those campaigns. Once we had a system we knew could be repeated, we scaled our spend, increasing the number of leads. This meant we could put on seminars and reliably predict the number of attendees that would show AND how much revenue we’d generate from each.

We also had Dr Wirick shoot lots of educational video content to use as part of our campaigns, helping build trust with his prospects before they walked in the door.

Results

We were able to generate over 2,734 qualified leads from our seminar campaigns alone (much more than that if you consider the webinar, ebook and other campaigns we ran).​

Our cost per lead was very low, meaning we could scale campaigns faster. We were able to help Dr Wirick become well known in his local area by distributing the video content, getting over 246,000 views.​
