Client Services Director
Business Overview:
We are on the lookout for an ambitious and experienced Client Services Director to organise and oversee the client delivery function of the business.
The reach and responsibility for this role encompass the full function of client services and thus requires a very confident, experienced and organised person. You will be completely responsible for managing the account management team, reporting to leadership and improving Yatter services.
You must have had previous client and people management experience. The role is suited to someone who is happy working in a successful startup environment and has experienced high growth whilst maintaining a high level of service.
The ability to travel to Central Scotland is preferred with an initial 3-month induction period.
Equity shareholding will be made available for the right candidate, after the initial successful induction period.
Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, detail-obsessed and switched-on person to join our team as a Client Account Manager.
You will be the main contact for clients and need to be able to efficiently handle several client projects at once.
We report back to clients on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and you will be responsible for planning and hosting these catch ups through email, video and video call.
It will be your responsibility to carry out reactive and proactive account optimisations to ensure that client results achieve prescribed business goals.
You will play a critical role in the retention and development of our existing clients, whilst supporting with new business pitches and onboarding.
The role is best suited to a people-person who is both analytical and creatively-minded.
This is a very exciting opportunity to work with a new growing brand with huge plans.
You must be based within travel distance to Edinburgh, UK for monthly meetings.
The Role:
- The ability to take ownership of all situations – when there’s a problem, you solve it and create a process so it doesn’t happen again
- Experience working within the client services function of a marketing agency, working directly with clients or managing a client services team
- A broad understanding of pay-per-click advertising across the likes of Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok
- A confident and experienced leader, manager & communicator, with strong experience in managing people and teams
- Confident in communicating with team members, the managing director and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent organisational, time management and decision-making skills
- This role has the potential to be part-time or full-time depending on the candidate
